One of the most interesting experiences in Bali is to watch the traditional dance.  Originally performed as part of religious ceremonies, the dance depicts different episodes of the Bhagavad Gita text, and often symbolises the battle between good and evil.  A beautiful experience performed by a beautiful and gentle people.
